Effective as of November 15, 2022
Peaches aims to provide all of our customers with the highest quality merchandise and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), you may return it for a store credit within 14 days from the date shipped. We will gladly accept returns on any full-priced, unopened or unused merchandise in new or unused condition with your original receipt or packing slip. Please contact us at care@shoppeaches.com to obtain a return shipping label.
In an effort to get refunds issued as quickly as possible, we are not offering exchanges at this time. If you are interested in a different size or color, we recommend purchasing the correct item right away and returning your original item.
Upon receipt of your approved return, Peaches will be happy to issue a digital store credit less the cost of return shipping. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing a return.
Return Policy Exceptions
Please note all purchases on custom orders, personalized gifts, sale items, and holiday items are final sale and cannot be returned for a store credit or exchange. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping costs and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If issued a pre-paid return shipping label, this cost will be deducted from the refund issued. This also applies to orders that have qualified for free shipping. Peaches reserves the right to refuse any return if they do not meet our return requirements.
Returns for Damaged or Defective Products
We’re so sorry! If you received an item that is damaged or defective (including a mistake made during the personalization process), or you received the wrong item, please contact us via email at care@shoppeaches.com for assistance with your return. If the damage or defect is deemed to be the fault of the product manufacturer, Peaches will make every attempt to remediate the situation and may put you in contact with them directly.
Price Adjustments
Peaches does not offer price adjustments on its merchandise as we routinely check our competitors’ sites as well as industry pricing to ensure we are offering all of our merchandise at the best price possible.
Please note that we will often have sales and promotions and understand your frustration if purchasing something full price that goes on sale the next day. Therefore, if purchase happened within 24 hours of a sale going live we will provide you with a gift card for the difference. Peaches gift cards will never expire.
