Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday. Please allow 10-14 days for embroidered items to ship. If you need your embroidery order sooner, please contact us to discuss rush options.
If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), you may return it for a store credit within 14 days from the date shipped. We will gladly accept returns on any full-priced, unopened or unused merchandise in new or unused condition with your original receipt or packing slip.
